A Quarter Beef will keep a family of two eating beef for about a year, or a family of four about six months. This pack requires about 3 to 4 cubic feet of freezer space. These cuts are packed in user-friendly single cut or 1 lb. packages.

RECEIVING YOUR BEEF

Deposits open starting October 31st. Order deadline is February 1st, if not sold out before then. First orders in are the first orders out when beef is ready.
After your deposit, your beef will be raised on our amazing pastures this summer.
Beef Orders will be shipped out early Feb
You will be notified of all updates along the way.
You will get your final invoice when your beef arrives back here at the ranch.
